The organisation is run by myself, Jeannie Smith, with my husband Richard in an advisory role.
I have 25 years experience in business, the American education system abroad and the British education system both in the UK and overseas. I am also an Associate Member of the Association of Relocation Professionals. I have always been fascinated by all aspects of property; the design, the materials, the location are a constant source of interest, and I have a diploma in interior design. I am equally fascinated by different people's lifestyles, especially how one persons dream home is another's nightmare
Richard is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over thirty years of consultancy and management experience in the UK, Eastern and Western Europe, and the Middle East.
Relocating five times within this country and twice abroad, purchasing six properties in the process has made us fully aware of the pitfalls attached to buying and selling, and renting and letting, when moving home.
As parents of a son and a daughter we are sympathetic to the added complications of moving with children and the need to ensure good education and social provision for them.
Recently we have spent time working in two locations, living between our family home in Sussex and a flat in Berkshire, and so have firsthand experience of this increasingly necessary lifestyle.
The variety of properties in this area is enormous, ranging from tiny farm cottages, converted oast houses and barns, to newly built country residences and town houses. Our mission is to help you find a home you can enjoy as quickly as possible.
